GATES COMMITTEE
Mission Statement
The Gate Committee shall monitor and control the operation of the north and south gates for their proper operation. The Committee shall maintain a list of improvements to mitigate probable future failure of the gates to operate when properly accessed by residents and visitors. In addition, the Committee shall manage the electronic entry fobs for all residents and coordinate with the Association Manager normal access and dedicated events programming.
