Verona is a gated community of 244 homes located within the Renaissance area of Sun City Center and was built from 2015 through 2019. The community includes single family homes and 2-family paired villas and has its own Verona at Renaissance Homeowners Association (HOA) to manage the association common property including the pool, pool pavilion and patio, gates, landscaping at the entrance and roads.
