Verona at Renaissance Home Owners Association (HOA)

Verona is a gated community of 244 homes located within the Renaissance area of Sun City Center and was built from 2015 through 2019. The community includes single family homes and 2-family paired villas and has its own Verona at Renaissance Homeowners Association (HOA) to manage the association common property including the pool, pool pavilion and patio, gates, landscaping at the entrance and roads. Verona has its own private pool for use by its residents and guests. The HOA is also responsible for maintaining the individual home lawns, including checking the irrigation system monthly and the shrub beds (homeowners provide their own water for landscaping). Lastly, the HOA is responsible for maintaining villa reserve funds to replace the roof and paint the villas when it is required. Verona is not a “Maintenance Free” community as some Relators have indicated. Maintenance of resident homes and appliances are the responsibility of the homeowner.

As a member of Verona, residents/owners are also required to be member of the Sun City Center Community Association, the Renaissance Maintenance Association, the Greater Sun City Center Beautification Association and have a Club Renaissance Recreation Membership.
